lookin’ out my front window in the morning…

(started this post on Sept 13, but scarcity of wifi brings delays sometimes… another effect of a slower-paced community… smile)

Well, actually it’s my front window… But you get the idea…

My first morning in my new home, and this is what I’m greeted with.

I’m not sure I’ll be able to hang window treatments over this view!

It’s so great to be here in Pagosa (and to have learned how to properly pronounce “Colorado”). Don’t have much besides the views, but that doesn’t seem to matter.

Here’s hoping you’re all doing fantastically!

You know you are one if you choose a rock over a hotel room…

For my friends in STC, I drove through the Ouachita mountains and realized there’s a tremendous connection to Agnès, Adrial, and Ariadnei here… Arkansas is a hidden jewel, with so many layers of humanity in between that the tug on the heart chakra is almost unbearable … many sleeping souls here…

But now I’m in Oklahoma,  the second home of the Cherokee Nation …

Off to Pagosa this morning…

Grass near my parents’ house, huge hawk (my animal guide) soaring coasting overhead …

The journey really began once I passed the usual exits in Birmingham and took off NW…

My vision/eyesight even took a shift, like having field of vision framed by blades of grass/glass/light : rainbow-colored, flickering …

It finally expanded to my peripheral vision, leaving simply
magical impressions layered over everything …

Then I made a stop at Natural Bridge … next post!
